As well as training your legs Harimau focuses largely on the upper body, chest, arms and shoulders. A large amount of the Kuchin training focuses on the legs in order to facilitate the later movements It is the art that joins all the others together. This gives you the mobility, agility and speed of movement. This part of the art is made up of 4 sub systems, each of which is an Art on its own.
